AMP, Exhaust Cleaner, Clean Exhaust Type

Exhaust cleaner, series AMP, can be used inside a clean room. Depending on operating conditions, exhaust air cleanliness may be equivalent to Class 100. Since exhaust air from pneumatic equipment can be released directly into a clean room, piping to ducts is unnecessary thereby reducing piping labor costs and increasing space savings.

  • Exhaust air cleanliness: equivalent to class 100

  • Silencing effect: 40 dB (A) or more
