The JLV series are space saving, compact, air operated high purity valves, which are designed to overcome the harsh environments often encountered in wet process applications.  The special structure reduces the impact when the valve is closed to suppress particle generation.  JLV series has PFA body and flare type integral fittings.

  • Operating pressure: 0~0.5 MPa; Back pressure: 0~0.5 MPa
  • Tubing O.D.: ø1/4", ø3/8", ø1/2", ø3/4"
  • Fluid temperature: 0 to 120°C
  • Reduced footprint: W: 24mm, L:71mm
