LEY100, Electric Actuator, High Output Rod, Motorless

This is the motorless version of the LEY100 which can be fitted with an inline or parallel mounted AC servo motor other than the standard chosen by SMC.  Three ballscrew pitch options assist in optimizing force and speed.  1:3 and 1:5 reducers are also available to achieve different force and speed outputs.  The actuator can have a male or female rod end paired with tapped ends, foot, double clevis or rod flange bracket for ISO15552 mounting.  Compatible motors can be fitted from Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Nidec, Sankyo, Keyence, or Delta Electronics.  The motor adapter, flange and return box (if parallel mounted) are ordered separately.

  • Maximum work load: 1200kg (horizontal); 200kg (vertical)
  • Maximum pushing force: 12,000N
  • Maximum stroke: 1000mm
  • Positioning repeatability: ±0.02mm
